Etrading Software follows a structured proprietary process when we engage in a consultancy project.  At a high level, this is separated into three sections:  Discovery,  Measurement and Improvement.  This process is iterative, holistic and continuous.

 

Discovery consists of a comprehensive analysis of the current status, involving structured interviews as well as documentation review, and gathering detailed information of the business drivers and expectations.

 

The Measurement phase creates the original baseline for performance and functionality.  It also ensures there is frequent evaluation of the changes being implemented as the program or project moves forward.  A vital part of this phase is agreeing the key indicators – defined by all stakeholders in the initiative.

 

Improvement is actually implementing the proposed changes.  Etrading Software have a proven track record of smooth delivery, ensuring that production processes are not adversely affected and that all risks are properly understood, published and mitigated whenever possible.
